Our Winterhouse Kitchen Experience in one word: Exceptional. They were the easiest and most pleasant part of our kitchen renovation. Once we talked with Winterhouse, we knew they were the company we wanted to work with, having total confidence that they would be there the whole way through. Although we had been to 2 box stores and another “kitchen design center”, Mike was the only one who came up with an arrangement that would streamline our layout and bring the sense of symmetry we wanted. He also pointed out small details in design that may have left us surprised during installation had it not been for him, like wedges for floor height. He gave us insightful considerations on choosing cabinetry finish and we are so thrilled with our choice. When it came time to do our own installation, they did a bit of customization of trim to help adapt to our home’s ceiling height deviation (who of us has a perfectly shaped house?). And finally, when it came time for a little color matching of stain that we requested, it was spot on! We truly don’t believe we can find that level of caring service before, during, and after “the sale”. They truly are artisans who stand on their reputation.

Joe was fabulous, and the island is gorgeous! We have had so many compliments on it! I can always pick up the hardware and put them in myself, if it would be easier for you, although I would love you to see the island. Thanks!
